Not only are we the owners and operators of Paws, Claws and Beaks Retreat but we also live on the premises to ensure that we can maintain a secure environment for your pet when boarding with us. 
We have over 30 combined years of pet caring experience. This not only includes our work in the Pet Boarding industry but also includes:
Successful dog showing, with many champions and grand champions over the years.
Margaret has 10+ years experience as a dog obedience instructor.
Together we are acknowledged as successful breeders of superior quality Asiatic and Australian parrots.
We are pet owners ourselves and currently have multiple dogs, cats and birds that are all very much a part of our family .
It is this experience to which we draw upon in order to ensure your pet is treated equally as well as our own pets.

Parrot Life Behaviour and Training is owned and operated by Rachel Riley, a parrot behaviourist who operates out of Perth, WA. It is a consultancy business designed to enhance communication and understanding between birds and their owners/keepers through positive reinforcement based training methods. For those in Perth - Parrot Life offers in-home consultations; and for those outside of Perth and overseas - online consultations. Rachel is also available for seminar/talk packages. Parrot Life also has a close tie in with parrot rehabilitation and conservation, working closely with Kaarakin Black Cockatoo Conservation Centre.
